The onboarding process is such a nightmare. I was interviewed in the 3rd week of February and received the job offer before the end of February. Got all the onboarding documents and tried to complete them within a week as instructed in the email they sent. BUT, to my surprise, they would require you to have your own savings account. Which was a HUGE surprise to me cuz all the BPO companies I've been with so far, they provide payroll accounts (even the smallest company that I worked with), Then they request a document I was never asked during my previous onboardings, so I emailed them about it, lo and behold, I started talking to 4 different people TO WHICH I reply EVERY SINGLE TIME. The worst part of it is I respond to them within a few hours after they sent their email (cuz I have a life to deal with while waiting to be hired) and THEY DO NOT REPLY. I reply to the same thread the next day, no response. I do it after lunch, no response. NOW, if I don't send anything after that within 24 hours, they reply????????????
