Pros
Accenture is a great place to work, with many interesting projects and people. Traveling each week for several years does cause strains personally, but the opportunities are worth it. Additionally, there are many opportunities for training and professional certifications.
Cons
You don't feel in control of your career. When demand is high, you can get pushed from project to project without a real say in what type of experience you want to gain. Also, turnover is high. This means that your network is constantly changing, your support and leadership is constantly changing, and there are always people in charge who don't know anything about the organization.
