Big company, which is always nice to have on the CV; Lots of benefits, especially if you want to start a family; Multiple vacation days throughout the year;
Cons
Poor working conditions - underpowered laptop workstations with no extra monitors, noisy open-plan offices; No mentorship or training for inexperienced developers; Outdated development practices; Lots of company spam / bureaucracy that gets in the way of the job; Poor work-life balance - 10 hour days is generally accepted as normal;
