Lucky to be in a project that still uses hybrid work setup. Not good if you want a fully-remote job. Also great if you are a fresh graduate, they instill best practices. access to certification exams shouldered by the company.
Cons
Promotions are hard to come by in the company. They prioritize role switching over role mastery in the consideration for promotions, so even if you did well for the past year, someone else would still be considered. Salary increases, even for high-performers, are criminally low.
