Pros
There are still a good few talented and skillful people left, but about half are gone. Predominantly the better half. There are still remnants of the fabulous atmosphere and environment there was, but these hints are being systematically rooted out. Internally there's still some care for development, and chances to seize opportunities, but most of that has been destroyed with Accenture career levels being the only thing that reflects people's worth. Mark (CEO) has his heart in the right place and is still passionate about putting things right, but him being strategically moved to different departments and distanced from the issues means there's nobody around with a high enough career level to matter or make a difference.
Cons
Management is sold out and focuses on pleasing Accenture overlords to show themselves in good light. With that any perspective or care for staff is diminished. Skills and potential of staff is flushed down the drain with lack of interesting work. Nobody other than juniors are suitably cheap to do most work. But that's fine because of the time it takes to get through the newfound bureaucracy and sift through the loads of corporate Accenture spam arriving continuously. While management keeps tooting the horn of how busy everyone is and how there's loads of great challenging work going round, the schedule and reality reflect none of that.
