If you want to work 9hrs/ a day with no ot pay, go to work here. Career progression is also stagnant at SSE level since you need to have a good backer to push your promotion. Many SSE move to another companies because of this. And compared to other IT companies, BPO companies, this company has lower basic salaries for an IT professional
