Pros
- Great on resume, widely recognized brand - Lots of exposure to different companies and work styles - Fun place to work for younger set - Good training and resources
Cons
- Every project is different, so no consistency on liking your boss, your client, your role - Promotion often depends on what project you get on, which isn't always your choice - Can't move up in company without lots of extracurricular activities/volunteering - Frequent travel - Company expects you to bail after a few years and treats you that way - Can be difficult to find someone more senior to you to lead you through the maze of Accenture, hard to succeed/feel part of the team otherwise - Type A's work here - a pro and con
