For an IT consulting company, it has good people and encourages inclusion. Fellow co-workers are also friendly, though not ambitious.
Cons
This company is not for leaders. The career path is designed for people who do exactly what they are told and make friends with their managers. The company is also designed to reward people who are willing to take whatever position they are given, no matter how much it does not fit them, and reward those people with management positions. The worst part is that the reality of the company does not match the claims of freedom of role choice and diverse opportunities.
