Pros

The consulting workforce is full of a range of people, but they are hands-down some of the most intelligent and down-to-earth people out there. As with all businesses, the quality of colleagues can depend, but more often than not, ACNers are highly competent. Most team members are aware of their role on projects and try to go out of their way to both improve themselves, make life easier for others and in general be an asset to the firm.

Cons

Highly-stratified corporate culture means that individual interests, if not fought for, will be dismissed or ignored. HR and recruiters sometimes downplay previous experience or expressed interest of employees who are seeking to explore a new workspace or technology.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
