Good if you seek some work life balance. Even though now it is decaying too due to weak spine of management.
Cons
HRs are absolute bogus in here. You won't get good salary in negotiation unless you have some other offer, that too they will not match if you are not good in bargaining. And let me tell you something. That is not AT ALL depend on your skill or interview. They di not care how good you are. Secondly, always try to decrease the amount of variable pay. You won't get more than 12% to 15% of it. Again doesn't matter how good you perform. Thirdly, the annual hike and promotions depends how good you are in terms with managers. They will fire you if you are bad in your role. But they will say this time company is not in profit hence no hike, even if Accenture comes first in terms of annual budget in India. Think and then only join.
