- Exposure to different client and industries. - Expenses are quite generous dependent on project - Get to travel and visit places - Develop your presentation and communication skills - Makes you more of a brutal person generally (career wise)
Cons
- A nightmare if you end up on the worong career track i.e In siolutions the renumeration is frankly a disgrace. - Gaining promotion is an exhaustive process - Have to maintain a close relationship with the right people to progress. - Also an unethical culture exist were individuals are brought from offshore to carry out work in th the UK at a pittance and certain element of exploitation exist.
