Accenture always gave me so much space to grow, ask questions, take classes, free resources. A great place to grow your mindset and skills indeed.
Cons
For a long time, I was looking to get promoted, but since my location was not a priority, and I was on the low analyst position, I was all in all not a priority for them. And i felt that, because even though everyone told me I should have gotten promoted, there was never the budget for it.
