Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. When someone on our Sales team is struggling, we do everything possible to coach and support them. That can mean reinforcing training, shadowing, pitch and conversation modeling, and ensuring activity and attainment expectations are absolutely clear as part of a performance improvement plan, when needed. We want to ensure that everyone on our team has every available opportunity to succeed, and if it doesn’t work out, the decision to part ways is made carefully, thoughtfully - and it should never be a surprise.
Our support mechanisms are scaling side by side in our growing Sales team and we’re committed to making continuous improvements. This year, we’re expanding Sales Enablement programming, tooling utilization and training, and leadership development. I appreciate your feedback and wish you best in your next role.
