      Good software, horrible upper managment

      Pros

      Years ago this company was a nice place to work but jurgen biffer started to wrestle control of the company and that's when it all went down hill and FAST. This guy is from Germany and comes to the USA thinking that his dictatorship combined with ZERO knowledge of American companies is going to increase sales. In the little time I was there I witnessed employee and customer exodus alike. I've never in my life seen a company do bonehead things like this guy. I question if the company will survive much longer.

      It was very frustrating to work for a company who could care less about employee moral or customer retention.

      Loved the sales and marketing departments!

      Cons

      Senior management treat even the Directors with contempt. They change their strategy and policies constantly. Terrible communication and autocratic rule from a President who has no respect from the staff. Truly, this is an awful company.

      You're treated like a child by management (no looking at your phone!), the software is confusing to learn and work with, the training is abysmal
