Pros
It's a proper startup. An opportunity to work in a team full of talented people, solving complex challenges and being part of creating new collaborative data tools. Emphasis on continuous learning, ownership of your work and thinking out of the box is very thorough. Strong sense of self-discipline stands in place of official rules and generous benefits allow you to work according to your best conditions. The work environment feels like second home. People at Deepnote support each other and like to spend time together outside of work.
