Pros

Some good colleagues and strong technical knowledge.

Cons

Multiple cons: 1) The CEO. 2) Unless you are a sales person, you a persona non grata. 3) Poor, poor senior leadership. 4) Decisions made and then reversed multiple times in short periods of time. 5) No direction.

This company is a mess.

Pros

Lot's of capable and knowledgeable people working there who genuinely care.

Cons

Management has no idea where they want to take the company or how to get it there, even if they did. They spend all their time arguing with each other and tilting at windmills. Every decision they make is sure to reversed in short order. Additionally, there are more chiefs than indians and the buck doesn't stop anywhere. Middle management is hamstrung and the troops on the ground don't know which way to go.

DVL Group Response

The CEO referred to in this review retired in December 2016. Whoever wrote this? Knew that was happening. Gary Hill was promoted to CEO January 1, 2017. We exceeded our forecast and have grown since. We had 3 rehires in 2017 who left the company in 2015-2016!
