Pros

None. Nobody seemed even slightly happy to be there.

Cons

Your 1st day/week is such an imporatant time to set a long lasting tone for the employee - employer relationship. Huge red flag when there is no handbook/handover marerial. A simple google doc would do. Help new hires and starters by giving clear direction from day one. I will be asking about this in detail going forward in my next interview process. Also making an employee work by themselves from the office is the pointless, uncomfortable and does not foster good morale. It's lonely and the only resource which the office is providing is internet.

Pros

Beautiful, large workspace in a good location. Everyone is working towards a common goal and willing to help at all times. You will be treated with kindness. Team is also lenient and happy to teach and guide you. The managing director is the kind of leader you can truly look up to.

Cons

Can be very quiet in the office. Not so many younger employees. Employees have been there so long, some processes may be challenging to change. No free parking nearby. Less after-work social activities than you might be used to. Marketing role is multi-faceted which can sometimes be overwhelming.
