      Good opportunities to grow fast if you want - many teams to learn different areas you'd like to Progress on. The people Health Insurance, decent bonus scheme, nice office in Sandyford

      If you want to Progress within L&D teams there is certain limit you reach

      Offers a lot of position and might be easier if you are looking specifically for a title to stick here as much as possible

      Cons

      Non-competitive salary. Sometimes, as most outsourcing companies, it feels like to be a second citizen even when everything you do is based on the main company. The saddest part is that Covalen seems to not fight much for us as employers, but just to make sure they please the client. Which results in a high turnover
