      - chill because leadership doesn't seem to understand the speed of dev cycles right now with AI

      - way too slow - too bureaucratic - leadership doesn't understand latest AI native dev flows and seem to have no idea what a moat is or how to build one. saas is dead and they don't seem to want to believe it. - mediocre pay
