Upon resignation, I was pressured to pay ₹1.5L, and there were even attempts to involve my family in written commitments. • Serious misconduct: During a recorded exit discussion, the CEO confiscated my phone without consent, accessed private data, and never returned the device despite several follow-ups over the years. • Misleading reviews: Don’t be misled by the company’s Google or Glassdoor reviews. HR sits beside new joiners and instructs them to write 5-star reviews on the spot — often dictating the content.
