Suitable for entry level, young employees who have talent for aggressively pitching sales to customers who call for totally different reasons Decent pay with no delays (if you hit your targets and put in some paid over time)
Cons
Sales targets almost impossible to reach for most which are not presented accurately in the hiring interview Horrible micromanagement The company policy both of CGS and of the American company of one of the projects lack total respect for both the employees and their customers, often times using deceptive tactics
