Senior management is not great

Frequent senior management changes can be a bit rattling for employees.

1-Long chain of hierarchy 2-If you want to become part of senior Management it would take long time

Almost everything - Top Management - Extremely Biased, they all boast a lot of being biased and run a lot of these unconscious bias training and so on but given the scenario, these people are the first ones to be biased. - Perception based - They go by perceptions on people rather than going about peoples actual potential or skill. And this is kind of embeded in Colt's culture from India (BLR & GGN) to all they way UK Colt house. - Stability - They do not need people to work or make careers they rather need pawns on the chess board who they can use and throw as they wish. Only forgetting to realize they fact that they are also the pawns of the same chess board. I do not want to stretch this too much... but over all this is definitely not a place to build a career there is a lot of dirty politics, fake show-off of work, boot licking, favoritism etc... If you have to chose between Colt or any other organization please chose any other organization rather than Colt. Being in the inner circle of the Senior Management this is my honest advice to you. Salaries are low comparing to other companies Senior management is chaotic, especially after acquisition Constant uncertainties regarding internal career opportunities

Unless you look like the senior management, you will be discriminated against. It became a very toxic culture and unbearable. Its not fun seeing people around you get promoted because they share a likeness to specific people in authority. Honestly the worst experience of my life. Piece of advice, stay away for your own mental health. Loads more Data Centre companies out there, this is not one you need to burn you out and feel unappreciated or treated like you don't fit in. Listening to inappropriate remarks is not a nice environment to be in, Surely something should be done if staff raise concerns.

COLT can encourage the renewal of certifications from professional bodies like PMI, Prince 2 etc.

Very poor, blinkered senior management team with no idea what the problems are! Operations are poor and have no procedures or processes! All panic planning and last minute, no focus on people, all focus on savings and nothing else, pretend they care, they do not! Making most of EMEA redundant and employ cheap offshore resource that are not up to it. Communications at its poorest level, yet they blame It issues! Nothing will change as they don't want it to.
