      Had a nice manager at the time. Enjoyed the work Had some nice colleagues

      Not having enough resources to do the job required. Slow at times to roll out what is needed for customers Favoritism in who advances Senior management out of country didn't seem that concerned with what was happening in the Barcelona hub
