      Pros

      Colt has great employee policies ranging from almost free lunch and free transport for employees ( atleast till 2018). Healthy work culture and great work life balance. Competitive salaries. You're generally not expected to work beyond your work hours except maybe for a few times here and there. I would love to work there again

      Cons

      Frequent senior management changes can be a bit rattling for employees.
