Pros

- great place to learn about true AI/ML in B2B - remote (& they do a great job of finding ways for employees to network virtually) - complete trust from leadership for you to do your job - leadership making the right investments at the moment to help sales grow the business (CDR team, new website, content for sales, etc)

Cons

- start up environment which i tend to like, but i know some don't. if you prefer more structure, this probably isn't the place for you...for now

Pros

Rarely do you find a company with all the boxes checked. Leadership team with a proven track record of successful exits, a product with true differentiation within the market, flexible supportive remote work & the opportunity for continued personal and professional development weekly (checkout "Forecast"). My first few months I was skeptical at having founders that would be so down to earth & accessible to help, yet my expectations have been exceeded. Collective[i] has spent over 10 years creating a "network-model" which is the true differentiator and the future of B2B sales. In the same way Amazon knows what you want to buy before you do (in your consumer life), Collective[i] knows what your buyers want before they do (in B2B).

Cons

Creating a category isn't for everyone. People were skeptical of having a camera on their phone years ago, now we couldn't imagine a phone without a camera. We're seeing something very similar here. Education to the market is the biggest challenge and you are "selling an iPhone in 2000".

Pros

- White-hot market that's still largely a land-grab with the biggest competitor being status quo. -Brilliant advising, executive and founding team. - Incredible engineering and data science talent given the overall size of the organization. - Solving the biggest problems facing B2B sellers. So as a sales person, its an incredibly relate-able and easy conversation to have with prospects. - Flexible working environment. - Weekly "Intelligence Briefings," with some of the most impressive leaders across the globe. A tremendous learning opportunity. - If you're a 'hunter,' by nature - there's nothing but opportunity in front of you.

Cons

- Creating a market and selling a holistic solution vs point solutions isn't for the faint of heart and requires agility, high aptitude and balance. If you're used to selling features/benefits, it may be a struggle. - Information is somewhat hidden from customers/prospects (web/site), so you really need to believe in the vision, mission and be a fantastic evangelist and 'intrapreneur.' - Being a B2B data network, enduring the review (legal/infosec/architecture) process can be daunting.
