Pros

Majority of people at Click Labs are relishing the opportunities they are getting and know that Click Labs is an ideal launch pad for them to launch their careers. The learning opportunities are many and we are given new challenges each day. Things I have learned in the last 18 months couldn't have been replicated working for years at any other place. New direction of entering the B2C space is also refreshing and giving lot of motivation to be a part of what others are using. Salary is also good and have got more than 30% raise in 18 months. Best thing is the young co-workers.

Cons

Work is challenging, one should be eager to learn.

Energetic environment of a start up, value for work is there, flexible working hours, great parties

Cons

Disorganised and chaotic environment, u r valued more if u r a beautiful girl, guys at the top are always after u, including CEO (married and has a kid) who is himself involved with HR (got fired after his wife came to know), CEO doesn't know how to talk to anyone, CTO doesn't know what he is doing all the time, expects to work as if there is no personal life.

BETTER NOT TO JOIN JUST FOR MONEY! really a tatti company its better not to spoil carrier in this company. i always wanted to excel myself but as i joined i was having a passion to work but as i kept working under senior management. they will make pressure of no reason. and if someone even works they won't see the effort . but they see those beautiful girls and stand for them ( Link lion got a prey in jungle) they have made a page where their is dealing of escorts and weeds which is totally illegal. on their website of jungle works

they think of themselves that they are super power and group of some wise persons. but actually they are sample of a TATTI . even one work here sincerely they won't see your effort they will fire u by saying "u cant handle pressure " or "your performance was not good!!" nonsense ?
