      I feel disappointed, Many want to leave but a few good things too

      Pros

      Nice office, the technical level of everyone is very high. Lunch and snacks in the office.

      Cons

      There are many mandatory office days ( 12 per month). Most of the people I have met wants to leave the company and that includes myself. Salary is not enough considering all responsibilities, effort required, technical knowledge and almost native English level. I feel disappointed
