It's so motivating to work with smart, kind people all working towards the same goal. There is a strong sense of teamwork and there are no egos. I've worked in quite a few tech companies, and it's the first time I've seen CS and tech teams work together so seamlessly. I believe in the companies mission and appreciate management's transparency on all matters. The work is extremely interesting and I feel supported by my manager. CM also have great clients and the benefits are awesome. CM also values work life balance but actually proves it, unlike a lot of other companies who only say they do. Can't say enough good things!
