      Pros

      Outside of cool interior design, Friday staff happy hour, and occasional office lunches, there's not much else good that can be said about the company.

      Cons

      Absent owner, lack of experienced/objective management, catty/drama/office-politic-filled atmosphere fueled by several females that act as leaders/run the place like a sorority, no solid training, or real structured communication procedures. Consequently, the place has a lot of turnover. BEWARE/AVOID.

      Not a good place to work or do business

      Pros

      The office is nice, having a bar at work is a bonus, they have good salespeople that seem to be able to sell things even when we could not deliver.

      Cons

      DRAMA, dishonesty, the two owners actually sued each other and 'broke up' which only made things worse. NO management, no direction and a complete lack of morals or honesty made it a miserable place to work. I honestly have no idea how they stay in business.

Evolving at the same rate of technology can cause some growing pains, but with our excellent staff, we work together to move past those pains pretty quickly. One of our priorities is to establish an open environment for people to grow professionally by being creative and taking charge of projects. Our bar and pool table area are a few of our great perks that allow time to relax from the daily grind and hang out with co-workers. We are sorry to hear the environment didn’t work out for you and can understand the feeling of not having enough direction with our kind of project process.       Pros

      Trendy environment- if that's important to you. They've spent a lot of money to make it feel like a cool downtown office despite being in the junky part of Olathe. A few of the people who work there are genuinely nice people.

      Cons

      The location leaves a lot to be desired. Poor work/life balance. The CEO of the company makes horrible financial decisions and is overall not great to work for. They fire people way more frequently than a company of this size should. Don't get excited about any perks they lure you in with - because they don't mind stripping those away. If you haven't been around since the beginning and thus grandfathered into a "director" role, the only way to advance is to do the work of five people or be an attractive young woman.
