- When I was there, we had a genuinely great team that worked well together and supported each other. - You become a very well‑rounded BDR/SDR because the responsibilities and KPIs in 2023 covered a little bit of everything — social media posts, videos, presentations, and teaching CE classes. - Lots of hands‑on outreach experience, including phone calls, pop‑bys, and taking partners to lunch or hosting luncheons, which is great for networking and relationship building.
Cons
- Performance expectations can shift quickly depending on market conditions or leadership priorities. - Compensation structure may not always reflect the level of effort required for consistent pipeline generation.

Pros
Culture is great. Leaders genuinely care for employees. Steady flow of work. The provided tools are great. The benefits are good. I enjoy the continued opportunity for growth with in the organization. The new commission model is a huge plus. The support of other team members is outstanding. Easy schedule to maintain. While learning new skills I received a lot of support when things were not going to plan. While facing obstacles I was able to problem solve with leadership.
Cons
The pay model changed to hourly which had negative financial impacts. To be fair they course corrected and went back to a commission model. At times leadership can be out of touch with the needs of their employees.
