Senior Management Team are not responsive

Unfortunately the target per day isn’t realistic and should be looked into by senior management.

Sewat shop like conditions to work. Horrendous big brother micro management throughout tue company, particularly from the desperate manager's who constantly suck up to senior managers. New bonus system called CTAP fills you with constant dread and anxiety. You are time checked in every job making you feel rushed, even though we carry out safety critical work. You are expected to check, make safe and issue paper work for every safety defect, for every property you enter, even ifnits not necessarily in your work area. Constantly under stress and pressure to get appointments completed as quick as possible, whilst they target younin 1st time fix, even though many factors are out of your control. Manager's constantly pick apart whatever bonus you may achieve and look to deduct money from you wherever they can. In summary, stressful, over worked, micro managed to within an inch of your life and time checked and analysed on everything you do. Horrendous job

Low basic wage and 5 years of pay freezes which now means basic wage is in a par with new starters who lack knowledge skills and experience of other staff members. Treated more as a number with senior management saying one thing and doing the opposite when comes to pay reviews etc

Too many middle and senior managers Too many meetings which could be done via a phone call / message. Favouritism Slow IT equipment for field workers Less time for interaction with installers as the CDM role given more and more duties and bigger teams Poor quality PPE and seasonal uniform not issued in timely manner (winter arrives for Easter)
