Too many middle and senior managers Too many meetings which could be done via a phone call / message. Favouritism Slow IT equipment for field workers Less time for interaction with installers as the CDM role given more and more duties and bigger teams Poor quality PPE and seasonal uniform not issued in timely manner (winter arrives for Easter)
