- toxic work culture, no one has been here longer than a few months at best. - management will belittle you, make fun of you, and openly yell at you, management doesn’t know how to manage and use scare tactics to try and get what they want. CEO is racist along with his CFO under him, both make openly racist comments and openly make fun of employees and talk about terminating them. - no actual growth, they will fire you within a week of they aren’t satisfied from the start and don’t understand learning curves or how to guide a new hire; new hired are left to fend for themselves and figure things out, and if you can’t, you’re gone. -expectations of staying after hours when the regular work schedule is 9-5, if you try to leave at 5, they will try to make you feel bad about leaving and ask if you’re life priorities are more important than work.

Horrific illegal behaviour, people don't get to take their lunch breaks or holiday days, they illegally deduct 3 days of pay from each paycheck, they withhold T4s, they bully past employees and current employees. They also breach employment law everyday, the ministry of labour is investigating them. They exploit new immigrants who dont know their rights in Ontario. They will contact you at 11pm at night or even after midnight and expect immediate replies even though we have a legal right to disconnect in Ontario. They routinely fire people for no reason without cause, their turnover is massive, they fire people on their first day or even week at work, they also are openly racist commenting on people's accents and discrimination against disabled candidates is loudly shared in the office. The two leaders present are genuinely terrible leaders, they routinely scream at people in the office throwing childish tantrums, even throwing their laptop down violently too, because they also have limited understanding of anything in terms of business operations. They also routinely abuse people in the office, screaming, calling them morons and other insults, there is nothing professional about this environment. It is 100% a toxic work environment. Avoid it like the plague, they do not offer stability so DO NOT LEAVE another job for this company. They do not understand finance, marketing, or software, and so their product has problems, and so customers are unhappy, they are being sued by former employees and former clients. RUN AWAY AND FAST. They illegally charge customers cards without permission. You will only deal with stress and headache at this company, in every department.
