Pros
The people are pretty smart, and good technically. Fantastic WLB.
Cons
Lots of "propeller heads". Value good technical solutions over fixing actual problems for users. Product direction is not good. Management is also not good.

Insanely talented team, super cool projects, great brand value, excellent benefits and perks, high transparency with overall company direction and leadership decisions, good stock options and bitcoin payment incentive program, most individuals are friendly and easy to get along with, culture of openness leaves much freedom when it comes to expressing opinions, most mostly flat structure (you don't need to jump through tons of hierarchy to get your voice heard), flexible work hours and location, internal company calls and "lunch and learns" mean you can learn a ton of about the company and bitcoin industry directly from many of the top experts
Cons
too many projects for the size of the team, internal deadlines frequently missed, last-minute pushes without much advance warning
