      Pros

      Clothing allowance , 3 weeks vacation if they actually let you take it .

      Cons

      Upper management is unorganized and think that being mean to the staff will result in increased performance. Explains why the company is in receivership. They believe that micromanaging staff is the way to motivate them !

      Pros

      The only pro that I have is that I happened to like the people I worked with in store. That is all that was good about it.

      Cons

      Worst company I’ve ever worked for. They refuse to pay their employees anywhere near a fair wage and weasel their way out of giving bonuses due to their own negligence. I would never recommend that anyone works for this company.

      Got one free item when hired.

      Cons

      Other associates would tell the cashiers they had helped my customers so they got the commission. Management was horrible - woman who hired me would be friendly and then 5 minutes later would freak out for no reason (simply placing coat hangers on the rack behind the registers, where they belong). Also, the products are poorly made. Many times I would be helping a customer and a button would be missing or a zipper broken.
