      Clothing allowance , 3 weeks vacation if they actually let you take it .

      Cons

      Upper management is unorganized and think that being mean to the staff will result in increased performance. Explains why the company is in receivership. They believe that micromanaging staff is the way to motivate them !

      Owners treats you very well. Mid-Managers were very hands on and offer lots of guidelines, reminder and training.

      None. Customers treat you like their family and friends.

      With the help of bench app you will get many gigs invite and you can work as many hours you can, no limit

      You only have their names but never see them only communicate through messages
