      No Pros to mention, They are scammers

      Cons

      This company usually operates as MedTek, After several complain against them they changed it to Avontix. They hire fresher and Keep their certificates with them as Security.. and They will never return it..They will ask for around 15k to 20k to give it back.. They are real scammers, I am with some of my other Colleagues suffered a lot for these. Please be Aware.. If there would be 0 rating I would have give that..

      very, very low wages compared to industry standards.

      Pros

      Unprofessional, do not pay promised salary, long hours of working. The company first of all should know what is manual transcription and what is speech recognition, I pity they don't no the difference.

      Cons

      Very low salary, not possible to make a living with the earning.

      Pros

      Very homely environment coupled with great work culture. I have worked here as a medical coder for 2 years before moving to Bangalore. I immensely value the learning and growth I got withing such a short time. Truly inspiring leadership.

      Cons

      I cant think of cons actually. May be they should provide pick and drop facility so that it becomes easy for all the employees. :)
