Pros

Some nice people Able to separate work and home life

Cons

Micro management Higher ups claim to be transparent but are not. Waste money on items and equipment that is not needed. Departments seem to hate each other. Pay is on the lower end of the scale.

Pros

- Wednesday lunch - team members are great people - snacks on hand - beer and wine to drink while you contemplate if you’re next to go

Cons

- toxic management - the staff have become a revolving door of in and out due to poor leadership - no sense of direction

Pros

Good perks, generally nice people and an interesting product.

Cons

The business development department at Auvik is essentially a frat house. Management is unable to keep bad attitudes in check because they do not have the experience necessary, and give assistance to the top performers that help them achieve their own targets. Director level in this department is unable to take constructive criticism and is simply unprofessional. Management in this department is frowned upon by many in the company, yet no one takes an initiative to correct poor behavior. Many in this department have actually heard the phrase "hire quick, fire quick" from the management here, and that's exactly what you can expect. Most are trying to get out of this department or leave the company altogether. There are hardly any opportunities for advancement, and when there are, the company would prefer to hire externally. Poor compensation, not meeting your targets results in deceleration. The company flexes unlimited vacation time, but that is because if you take time off you don't get paid - quota relief isn't a thing. The company as a whole is clearly having issues meeting their targets, and with a sales department like this - it's clear why. If you want to work at a call centre, check out Auvik.
