- Company attracted really amazing talent; some of the best colleagues in my career who contributed to a supportive and well-balanced culture - Initiatives were generally well-staffed and the work was meaningful - Genuinely loved working at this company because of the people and purpose

Cons

- External market pressures caused uncertainty and churn in roadmaps - Misalignment amongst Directors was a challenge for executing teams - Industry as a whole faced a lot headwinds
