This gives offenders confidence that what they are doing is ok and acceptable. We're in the modern age where legacy work and mindset should be recalibrated. Atturra is not a military base to begin with so they need to adjust on how corporate culture works.

They keep acquiring new companies, spending money on that instead of looking after the staff already there. They promise no redundancies when there is a new acquisition but they still get rid of many people. They talk a lot about the culture and how important it is but all BUs are treated very independently, there's no UNITY as a WHOLE company. HR is also useless.
