Pros
Working with the company feels like you're working with one big family. There's tremendous opportunity to develop your career and try new roles. The company has seen uninterrupted growth for many news and is growing at an exponential rate.
Cons
There company is growing at a rapid rate, and along with that comes new acquisitions so it can be hard to keep across the company portfolio.

Pros
Everyone tried really hard to learn and improve and make the product better. The technology team was good and the culture in this team was iterative and supportive. Certainly the best team to be in. If you had an idea, you were almost always allowed to try it out and see.
Cons
Decades of embedded old school thinking held back any meaningful change.
