Pros

Easy intro tech role, direct customer interaction. Product is like a cheaper, minimal featured Salesforce that's quick to learn. Great training materials. Great work life balance.

Cons

Wide employee purges and departures every several years because they underpay us, harass women, and yell at employees. They brag about being half women (they aren't), are proud that women are cheaper, and rate women's performance low because customers want more confidence. They use contractors to stay under 50 employees to avoid following small business regulations like having real HR or harassment training. Employee devices and communications are heavily monitored. They publicly shame employees and cut developers pay for mistakes. CEO insisted that someone CHANGE HER NAME to something easier for customers! Company is so much of a walking lawsuit that they can't retain lawyers.

Pros

spacious office, flexible work hours

Cons

Depending on the job, there are many. I was hired to handle their IT which was a total a mess, walked out after a week. This is the perfect example of a small personal business that knows or cares nothing the IT technical operations that it takes to run it, just the high level business and how much he has to pay you out of his own pocket. Its funny to see him try to flood the site with positive reviews in response to seeing negative ones.

I would like to respond to the comments from the March 13 reviewer. The reviewer stated that he worked here for a week before he "walked off". There has only been one person who worked here for just one week and he was an IT guy, so this is probably the same individual. He was let go - in part for not turning up to work on Monday morning with no phone call or notice. The only reason he gave the following day is that he had some "personal business", so his comment that he "walked off" can be considered truthful. However his claims about our IT infrastructure are simply not true. We outsource our infrastructure to leading providers so that we can focus on our core business: Our production servers are hosted on Amazon AWS in a fully redundant master/slave configuration, backed by automated monitoring and recovery testing. We use Amazon Route 53 for DNS, Microsoft for hosted Exchange, etc. He was fired/walked off, back in 2014 - almost two years ago, but the review was just submitted in March of 2016, so possibly things were different when he was here. Or possibly the review is a fake. "An IT guy who worked here for a week" seems very specific, but it is strange that someone who only worked here for a week would submit a negative review almost two years later. Then again, walking off an IT job without notice is also unusual. As the company's HR manager, I am pleased to say that we have developed a more thorough vetting/hiring process over the past couple of years, and judging by the atmosphere in the office and the GlassDoor reviews , it is working - all our recent recruits seem very happy and productive.
