Application --> Recruiter outreach --> Scheduled a recruiter call --> Passed recruiter screen --> Given a timed 1-hr 20 question "IQ" assessment to complete in 72hrs. Recruiter framed it as an "Aptitude and Logic Assessment". The assessment had absolutely nothing to do with the skills / AOR of the role. Heard back a week later that they decided to not move forward. No reason given despite the successful recruiter screen - no score given on the assessment as well. Recruiter also did not know what the posted salary band was for the role yet asked me to confirm my $# per my application. Overall process from application submission to "rejection" was ~3 weeks. Do not recommend.
I was ghosted by an internal HR recruiter after completing a phone screen in March 2026. Unprofessional at best. Do not recommend. This was for a remote role. …………. ……..
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Agiloft (Denver, CO) in Feb 2026
Interview
Spoke to HR about my candidacy, their demography, and the next steps. The next step consisted of a coding assessment. They started ghosting me and never gave me the coding assessment.

Question 1
Questions were mainly about my experience and fit for the role, it was nothing difficult, just the common first-stage HR questions.
