The place not to be !

Pros

There is literally 0 advantage related to the career evolution or salary. Maybe if you are an entry level you can gain experience otherwise Nothing !

Cons

There is definitely 0 advantage, in term of salary it's the only thing you can have. The CEO is making at least 40% margin while it's usually 20% in the other companies. there is no lunch vouchers or insurance. if you want to have a pay raise ? please forget about it. If you have an opportunity to go internally he will never accept. he rather refuse and fire you than accept and let you have the chance of your life. what matters for him is his commissions, otherwise he doesn't care as far as he is not losing money.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to see that you had such a feeling. We will take it into account to try to understand how we can improve things to get people more satisfied at Advisory Key. 1. In terms of evolution many of our employees evolve at Advisory Key in terms of positions, acquiring new skills and responsibilities. 2. Profit margin: we would be happy to have the profit margin you indicated but the reality is much lower. We are a company and one of our objectives is to make money as every companies to be viable but our main goal is to be human and to have our employees and clients satisfied/happy. We try to find a good balance. 3. Salary raise: most of our employees receive a pay raise after their annual appraisal. There is always a link with the quality of the services provided and the involvement of the employee in the development of our company. 4. We try to avoid that our consultants are recruited by our clients in order to - have a long-term relationship with them - to continue to propose good services with high-qualified consultants who evolve and acquire new skills If our consultants are recruited by our clients we cannot provide consultants-experts what is our core-business. As a result we wouldn’t be able to build a win-win & long-term relation with our clients. For several months we had more than 5 consultants who were on the bench at Advisory Key. They are not fired. They help us in our recruitments and train our recruiters on the business side.

Pros

I can't just find any, so I'm not going to invent pros

Cons

Should we really go down that path? - Lack of communication or false communication - False promises when they try to make you sign - Package is simply non existent, no lunch vouchers, pension, health plan - Kick you out if they don't have any other mission - Complete amateurism with paperwork - They think they owe you

Dear Mister M, We are sorry to read that your experience at Advisory Key didn’t work well. We wanted to give you a chance as you didn’t get all the required skills for the job and we tried to help you to get out of unemployment. Despite our efforts, daily follow-up of your management and coaching, you did not acquire the required skills and get any results. We can understand that it could be frustrating in a human but also results oriented culture. So we understand that you decided to leave our company. - We want to correct that we do NOT provide false communication, - We do NOT make false promises. - For beginners profiles without experience we provide a salary in line with a junior position and it can quickly evolve when results are achieved. We always try to give another chance to our employees and we don’t kick our employees out when they don’t have a mission. Meanwhile we look for a better assignment more in line with their expertise/expectations, we do our best to keep our employees active. They come at the head quarter for instance, to help the recruitment team, to train our employees on the area where they have their best expertise or to develop the business. - We constantly receive outstanding feedbacks from our employees on paperwork and administration. - For your comment "They think they owe you » it’s completely untrue. We build win-win relationships with our employees and try to develop the team spirit. We hope you now found a career more in line with your expectations and that you are happy. Best of luck.
