You know where you stand and how to get to where you want to go. The ADLIB team has an undeniable Bias for Action. I have never seen an organization that listens and implements great ideas so quickly.

Adlib on a strategic trajectory

After a few years of constant turn over at the executve level, Adlib actually has it right now. WIth the addition of new CEO Chris Huff and CRO Mike Chasteen, the company is on a meteoric trajectory for growth with new focus and sense of urgency. Employee input is welcome at all levels and is a very transparent place to work, no hidden agendas.

A cultural hangover in some areas of the business - needs to lift quickly

Adlib is embracing the AI era by equipping and training employees with advanced tools so they can focus on high quality knowledge work vs. low value transactional work. While that may look 'lean', we believe it is 'empowering' and inevitably leads to a flatter organization with greater speed. To be effective at Adlib, one absolutely needs to be strong at time management and prioritization, but leadership has also been vocal in 'it's ok to make mistakes - as long as individuals quickly course correct and continue forward'.
