If you have passion for what you do, passion to improve the environment you're in, do/be better with like-minded individuals - this is a place for you.

Cons

Fast-pace, gotta have excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle all things on the go.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's true we run a lean team. Adlib is embracing the AI era by equipping and training employees with advanced tools so they can focus on high quality knowledge work vs. low value transactional work. While that may look 'lean', we believe it is 'empowering' and inevitably leads to a flatter organization with greater speed. To be effective at Adlib, one absolutely needs to be strong at time management and prioritization, but leadership has also been vocal in 'it's ok to make mistakes - as long as individuals quickly course correct and continue forward'. Pros

After a few years of constant turn over at the executve level, Adlib actually has it right now. WIth the addition of new CEO Chris Huff and CRO Mike Chasteen, the company is on a meteoric trajectory for growth with new focus and sense of urgency. Employee input is welcome at all levels and is a very transparent place to work, no hidden agendas.

Cons

A cultural hangover in some areas of the business - needs to lift quickly

- lack of bureaucracy / no politics - 100% remote work - bias toward action & results - culture of teamwork and merit-based recognition - hyper-focus on our differentiated tech and market positioning - clear company strategy - most seem to be on a company bonus plan that’s tied to growth, which incentivizes collaboration & results

Cons

- distributed workforce requires a-game from everyone to maintain momentum / progress - stretch ‘company and individual’ goals

The new leadership team has went to great lengths to ensure bureaucracy and politics are removed from the workplace and replaced with open communciation, merit-based hiring and recognition of impact / results.
