      Cliquey culture and favoritism prevail

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Cons

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.

      All sales management we AE's at the company - no vision, clear favoritism, massive micromanage Have lost major marketshare in the last year because they dont innovate If an AE puts this on their Linkedin, its clear NOBODY hits quota: "FY25 110% quota attainment FY25 First AE to achieve annual sales quota across global GTM"
