One of the best reason to work here is (NOTHING).
Cons
1. Your Weekend Plans Will Be Taken Care By Them. (Disapproved) 2. Too much interference in day to day activities. 2. Rules and Policies can change as per them. 3. Very rare consideration of the needs of the employees. 4. Only micromanagement. No delegation of tasks. 5. Inter-Departmental dialogue is strictly looked down upon. 6. Authoritarian policies 7. Use of CCTV's is merely to spy on employees 8. Lack of privacy 9. It's a School, not an agency. 10. You have to work for 12 hours, i.e:- 10 am to 10 pm. 11. They will reject your every content and designs according to their mood.
