      1. Surprises & Awards 2. Best Management cum Mentors 3. No calls or emails on weekend from the company or client 4. Salary on-time 5. Variety of clients 6. Unlimited Free Coffee and Snacks 7. Did not experience any office politics or unethical behaviour in the company.

      Cons

      1. Work pressure specially while managing International clients 2. On-job training is very strict 3. Too many courses for up-skilling 4. Very demanding clients. 5. WFH should be allowed more frequently.
