      Pros

      There is no pros except mindless gifts every now and then which is very idiotic at times.

      Cons

      No opportunity to learn as the leaders themselves are very confused on what works for the company and what not. The tremendous ego of the People who is sitting on the leadership board makes is harder to work under them. The i know it all attitude making the company 's growth slower than ever.

      The leadership team is highly supportive and encourages employees to take on new challenges and responsibilities, which has greatly contributed to my development as a developer and a professional. Overall, Appseconnect is a fantastic place for anyone looking to grow their career in software development.

      Cons

      One area that needs significant improvement is the salary hike policy. The annual raises are not very competitive, and more substantial increases would help retain top talent.
